This spicy beef meal is a delicious dish for those who love spicy food. I cooked it before, and my friends highly praised it. It is full of fragrance after stir-frying. A tasty spicy beef using the stir-frying technique.

Ingredients

  • 500g beef tenderloin

  • 10g green chilies

  • Marinating
  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Sauces and Seasonings
  • 10g garlic

  • 10g ginger

  • 20g dried chilies

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp chicken base

  • 5g Szechuan peppercorns

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  • Chop the beef tenderloin into small slices, add the marinating ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  • Cut the dried chilies into pieces and green chilies into smaller pieces. Shred the ginger and mince the garlic.Stir-fry Spicy Beef Recipe Step 1 & 2
  • Add some oil and Szechuan peppercorns inside the pot. The amount of oil needs just to be over the beef. Heat at the low temperature until fragrant, then add the ginger and 1/2 garlic mince.

Notes

  • Use high temperature to stir-fry the beef to make the best taste.
  • If you feel the taste is light, add some table salt.
  • The beef should be cut against the texture so that the bite would be smooth.
