Mango Melaleuca is a dessert suitable for all ages. As long as you love mango, you would not say no to this dessert. The method is quite simple and does not require an oven. Remember to fridge the dessert after making it to keep the best taste.

Break the eggs and mix them with salt and 30g sugar.
Add low gluten flour after sieving, then add the milk and mix well.
Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the batter.
Sieving the batter twice to get a delicate one and fridge it for one hour.
Heat the pot on low heat without oil. Spread out thin and round cake crusts with the batter and let it dry on the plate.
Whipped the light cream with 40g sugar until it is thickening.
Take a piece of cake crusts, spread a layer of whipped cream, then sprinkle it with chopped mango.
Spread a layer of whipped cream on top of the mango and cover another piece of cake crusts.
Repeat until using up the cake crusts.
